In September/October 2010 Rally Med 2010 – a 9 week 18,000 km tour round the Mediterranean for cars in production by 1970. A drive through widely differing landscapes from Morocco to Albania, visiting major sites along the shores of the Med. from the Greco-Roman empires Cyrene & Leptis Magna in Libya, the pyramids of ancient Egypt, Jordans Petra built by the Nabateans to Syrias Palmyra. Be quick, few places left. A couple of Pagodas are entered and it would be great to see if the idea of the rally appealed to owners who drive 280 SE cabriolets, coupés or other 50s/60s models.
